Competitions
Please read all the t&c information carefully before entering a competition with Aj Sylvester Photography. One the 'terms and conditions' box is ticked, Aj Sylvester Photography will confirm you have read this following information in detail and therefore takes no reliability for miscommunication and reserves all rights to deny any rights to the client / competition entry. Cake smash competitions do not include a cake due to allergies etc, the cake must be provided by the parent.
Eligibility Criteria:
People aged 18+ may enter all competitions, please note each competition have their own set of specifications i.e. cake smash and splash shoot does not include a cake. All sessions take place within my Minehead studio. A different location is not included in any competition.
Cake smash and splash competition terms and condition:
Cake is not included within this competition or any photoshoot, parent must provide this and takes full responsibility for the hygiene / allergies of their child or step child. Session takes place at my Minehead studio space. Competition includes 3 gifted digital images, an online private gallery and balloons with bubble bath. Photography time, my personal business time and the editing process of the chosen images. A soft edit will be given to the online gallery where winner will choose their images. Copyright of photographs belongs fully to Aj Sylvester Photography. Winner does not own the rights to any image and Aj Sylvester Photography reserves any right to use images for online purposes, print, social media and advertising. Winner / Client will be provided with the opportunity to purchase additional images for a cost. Parents with children between the age of 0 - 3 may enter this competition. Due to the size of the bath. Bubble bath of the sensitive kind will be used for the splash bath part of the photoshoot - please advise if child is allergic to anything of the type. Aj Sylvester will not take responsibility for any outcome.
Entering the competition via the email submission form provided Aj Sylvester Photography with your persona information specifically for an online email list - you are welcome at any time to email Aj Sylvester direct to opt out of email subscriptions via aj.sylvester@hotmail.co.uk. To enter your email, phone number, childs birthday, and a ticked box for terms and condition to have a valid entry.
Winner will be announced on the last day of February (29th February 2024) on Aj Sylvester Photography social media platforms - Facebook and Instagram. Winner will be drawn via an online automated spin wheel where a winner at random will be chosen.
Photoshoots and Photographic Images
Please read in detail the following words before booking your photoshoot / photo session;
All images taken by Aj / Amy Jane Sylvester of Aj Sylvester Photography are copyright to Aj Sylvester Photography and therefore written permission is required for use of print / online purposes or marketing. Depending on the situation a price is required for official purchase or the use of images taken by Aj Sylvester Photography. Client is only allowed to use images based on the contract agreement signed before the photoshoot / photo session or with written permission from Aj Sylvester. Clients are welcome to share their purchased images on social media however are not allowed to alter imagery in any way. Client agree and therefore must not use filters of any kind at all on their images.
Aj Sylvester Photography reserves the rights to cancel any photoshoot and refuse to refund x amount of money if the need to do so requires a cancellation. Products printed for clients will be of the best quality Aj Sylvester Photography can provide and promises to delivery the quality promised within the agreement unless god effected reasons are to take place or health issues. consistant communication will be provided through out the process of booking your session, paying for products and all transactions. Aj Sylvester Photography does not take responsibility for loss of images via clients end once images have been sent - a reminder for backing up any digital image on more than one device will be advised when needed. Client accepts responsibility for their images being saved on their personal devices - more than one when agreeing to work with Aj Sylvester Photography.
